Existing property size and style
This beautiful detached country home was built in the 1990’s, the lounge is North facing and therefore predominantly dark and cold.
The make-up of the new structure
The client chose a white roof lantern to match white bi-folding doors and a white corner post. An encapsulated fibreglass roof completes the contemporary orangery style, with decking and a landscaped garden finishing the look perfectly.
How the extension has transformed the use of the home
The contemporary Orangery is now the main living area and most used room in the home as it is light and airy yet warm and cosy. The kitchen and dining room lead off of the new glass room via an internal glass door, the flow of the house works really well and the new Orangery is the perfect addition to complete the property.
